Dr Rahul Bhargava is a renowned and accomplished bone marrow transplant surgeon in India, with more than 15 years of experience in the field of medicine. He specializes in the field Haemato-oncology and is an acknowledged expert in the area of Haematology, Paediatric Haematology, Haematopathology and Stem Cell Transplant. He is considered one of the best stem cell transplant surgeons and is experienced in performing Matched sibling and unrelated and haploidentical transplants. Dr. Bhargava and his team has successfully conducted over 1000 transplants, the most number of BMTs in entire North India. He has many achievements to his credit, such as being the first in India to perform stem cell transplant for Multiple Sclerosis. A pioneer doctor and a leader, Dr Bharagava holds credit for commencing 6 new centres at multiple locations in India. These are low-cost medical centres to help patients from various sectors. Dr. Rahul has completed his medical specialization (DM) from one of the most prestigious medical institutes of the country, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. He further pursued post DM fellowship in Leukemia & Bone Marrow Transplant from the renowned Vancouver Hospital. At this centre, he received special training in Voluntary Stem Cell transplant & Umbilical cord transplant for treatment of various kinds of disorders.
