About Dr. Dinesh Mittal
Dr Dinesh Kumar Mittal has done more than 5000 cardiac surgeries in adult and paediatric patients. He has expertise in all kinds of heart surgeries including CABG beating heart and on pump, Aortic valve and Mitral valve replacement, Mitral Valve Repairs, ASD closure, VSD closure, TOF correction, Coarctation repair, Blalock- Taussig shunt, Complex congenital operation, Permanent Pacemaker implantation in children, Peripheral vascular surgeries. Dr Dinesh is credited for establishing Neonatal Cardiac Surgery Program at Max Hospital Shalimar Bagh. He was also instrumental in establishing the most extensive and comprehensive AORTIC intervention programme of North India. He offers a range of services in complex heart surgeries such as Bentalls procedure, valve sparing Ascending Aortic replacement, Descending Thoracic aortic replacement, hemiarch and Total Arch replacement, Thoracoabdominal Aneurysm repair, Abdominal aortic repair.
